Hi! I’m Cerys Cook. I’ve spent the last 20+ years leading teams through the messy middle of growth. Startups. Scaleups. Post-acquisition rebuilds. The common thread? Culture is the hardest part and the most ignored until it’s urgent. I’ve been the exec building culture while the company’s doubling headcount. I’ve been the person called in after the wheels started falling off. I’ve led through layoffs, hyper-growth, founder transitions, and everything in between. So I don’t do noise.
